Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

The following Terms & Conditions are relevant to Trade Supply Accounts and for General Customers.

1. Cancellation
a) You have a right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days.
b) Returns address where items purchased must be returned no later then 14 days (starting from the day in which you first communicate the cancellation):

c) All orders dispatched will contain a 'cancellation form' which shall contain this information in written format in order to allow you to fill in and send back should you not be able to cancel via the email specified above.

d) Please note all returns costs are non refundable and shall not be paid by Havoc Fight Gear Ltd.

e) Original postage costs for all orders outside of England (International Orders Non UK) are non refundable. All return costs, including insurance costs are to be paid by you.

2. Returns - all within 14 days
a) Returns are accepted if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or find the product is faulty. If items are faulty then you must log the return and report any faults within 48 hours of receiving the item by means of email to returns@havoc-fight-gear.com. Please note that upon receiving your items you must have signed for the delivery as 'damaged' to prove the items were defective upon signature/receiving the goods.

b) You are responsible to ensure that we receive the goods back, unused, with tags, seals must be unbroken (where applicable) and all packaging must be damage free. You are responsible for all return costs.

c) Valid proof of purchase may be required in order for us to authorise the return. Once the return has been authorised, our returns team will issue you with an ARN 'authorised return number'. The ARN must be written on the back of all packages that have been authorised to be returned back to us. No used and abused items will be accepted and please note that all items are inspected through our quality control team when they arrive in stock and are then further inspected prior to dispatch ensuring that they are 100% fault/damage free. You will be responsible to pay for all return costs which are non refundable. Once the items have been received and all conditions are satisfied then a refund will be provided. The original postage costs plus a 15% restocking charge will be applied and deducted.

d) Your refund will be paid within 7 days of us receiving the item(s) back subject to the above terms being fulfilled.

e) Once we authorise the refund, we are not responsible for any delays caused by any third parties involved in processing your returned money as this is beyond our control. However we will provide full support where necessary to help aid your refund process so that it is as sooth as possible.

3. Exchanges - all within 14 days
a) We will happily exchange the item(s) under the conditions:

* the original item is returned as per the above procedure;

* that the original item is returned via a secure method;

* you will be responsible for the returns costs (exception see point 3.g);

* we must receive the goods in the original condition (as outlined in 2.b) as we sent them;

* any promotional products that are sent for free must be returned if your item(s) are returned or part items from an offer are returned. The returning of an item or multiple items that have been purchased with a qualifying free gift make the original offer of the free product 'null & void'. The free item(s) must be returned as outlined in 2.b;

b) If you qualified for money off due to participation in an offer and then decide to have a refund/part refund (if multiple items were purchased and you decide to return some items) then the money that you received off must will be deducted from your refund as the original offer on return becomes 'null & void'.

c) The original postage & packaging costs will not be refunded.

d) If a free delivery option applied during the initial order, then the cost of the initial delivery will be deducted from your refund balance with a 15% restocking charge in order to cover our costs.

e) Once these conditions have been fulfilled you will be required to pay for any further postage & packaging costs if applicable (these are non refundable) for us to send out your replacement item(s).

f) Once payment for the cost of product replacement shipping has been received we will dispatch your exchanged items within 48 hours of cleared payment.

g) Please note that the original postage costs that you pay will not be refunded in any circumstances be it that you are returning or exchanging the goods unless exception we as a company are at fault (i.e incorrect item sent out, wrong size, mismatch etc).
