Delivery Policy

Please note that due to Covid 19 there may be some delays and we ask that our customers are patient. Due to restrictions in operation for courier companies and Royal Mail your order may be slightly delayed beyond the delivery estimate time.

Havoc is committed to providing you with a smooth transaction from purchase to delivery. We take full care and attention in offering a delivery method that is cost effective and quick.

How quick do you dispatch orders?

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 working day offering a '24 hour' dispatch policy (excluding Saturday/Sunday due to delivery company restrictions).

How is my item sent?

The majority of orders are sent using a secure tracked delivery method. The only instance we will send items via standard non tracked delivery is if the item quantity and value doesn't warrant a tracked method. We will always have proof of postage from the delivery company.

What if I need my item quicker?

We know that some of our customers may require items quicker then our standard delivery option. In this instance all you need to do is select the next day delivery option during the checkout process and pay the extra delivery costs.

Are my items fully insured?

We will make sure that you receive your items or get your full money back if the items are not delivered. It is our job to take up any claims for lost/damaged items with the delivery provider giving you 100% peace of mind.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £75. Any orders that qualify for free delivery will be sent via a secure tracked/signed service.

Covid 19 Impact On Signing

We understand that people may choose to not sign for the delivery. In such instances the delivery company have put into place measures whereby they will take photographs to prove that items have been delivered once you open the door.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We offer delivery worldwide and this will be reflected in the postage costs during the checkout process.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

In the event of your parcel being lost or damaged, compensation will be sought from the delivery company by Havoc so you don't have to worry. We will offer you a new replacement or a full refund. Please refer to our Refund/Exchange policy for details.
