We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase and for added peace of mind we offer a 30 day returns policy.
Can I return my order?
You have a right to cancel your purchase contract and can return your order within 30 days of receiving your order. Your returns must be unopened, unused with original packaging, undamaged and all tags intact. We must receive the items in an unused resellable condition.
Are there any items that I cannot return?
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of hand wraps, groin guards and gum shields.
Who pays return postage costs?
If you have changed your mind about the order and wish to get a refund or an exchange then all return postage costs, along with any additional postage costs for sending out replacement items will be paid by you. If a free delivery option applied during the initial order, then a 15% restocking charge will be applied to the total cost of your order. This will be calculated and minused off your refund amount. In cases where we are at fault with any of your order or items are faulty then all postage costs will be paid by us. In such circumstances where you have received damaged items you must sign for the item as 'damaged' and then inform us in writing along with photographs via email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. In cases where items are not being signed for then you must inform us of the damaged items in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with photographs.
How do I return an item?
You must request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us on email@example.com. Within the email request you must state the reason for return so that we may log this on our system. We will then reply along with an authorisation number for the returns and an address for you to send back the items to. You will need to add the returns authorisation number inside the package and must ensure that the items are securely packaged. We will always recommend that a secure tracked method of returns is used to ensure we receive the items in order to process your refund/exchange. Failing to follow this may result in delays in processing your refund/exchange or not being able to proceed with the refund/exchange.
How long does an exchange or refund take?
In the case of exchanges we will send out your replacement within 24 hours of receiving the returned items. Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels. If we’re unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via the original payment method. If you paid on card, refunds can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
