You should carefully read and understand Havoc Fight Gear Ltds Terms & Conditions which have been presented to you. You must also read and understand Havoc Fight Gear Ltds Returns, Refunds and Exchange Terms which can be found on our website

Your selection to 'agree' by ticking the 'check-box' when prompted during your purchase, the purchase of items and the use of our site implies that you have read, understood & have fully accepted all outlined Terms & Conditions / Returns, Refunds and Exchange Terms.

For those purchasing 'Bladed/Edged Articles' or 'Training Weapons' then you agree that you understand the Laws within your country and the UK. You agree to fully abide by these laws and that Havoc Fight Gear Ltd if not responsible for your actions. We will not process your order unless we receive your proof of ID to prove you are over 18 years of age.

If you disagree with any of the above or our Terms & Conditions then you should terminate this page and not proceed any further to make payment.

Non UK customers / orders outside of England/UK then your order is non refundable. Original postage costs are non refundable and all return postage costs are to be paid by you.

The following Terms & Conditions are relevant to Trade Supply Accounts and for General Customers.

1. Cancellation
a) You have a right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days.
b) Returns address where items purchased must be returned no later then 14 days (starting from the day in which you first communicate the cancellation):

c) All orders dispatched will contain a 'cancellation form' which shall contain this information in written format in order to allow you to fill in and send back should you not be able to cancel via the email specified above.

d) Please note all returns costs are non refundable and shall not be paid by Havoc Fight Gear Ltd.

e) Original postage costs for all orders outside of England (International Orders Non UK) are non refundable. All return costs, including insurance costs are to be paid by you.

2. Returns - all within 14 days
a) Returns are accepted if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or find the product is faulty. If items are faulty then you must log the return and report any faults within 48 hours of receiving the item by means of email to Please note that upon receiving your items you must have signed for the delivery as 'damaged' to prove the items were defective upon signature/receiving the goods.

b) You are responsible to ensure that we receive the goods back, unused, with tags, seals must be unbroken (where applicable) and all packaging must be damage free. You are responsible for all return costs.

c) Valid proof of purchase may be required in order for us to authorise the return. Once the return has been authorised, our returns team will issue you with an ARN 'authorised return number'. The ARN must be written on the back of all packages that have been authorised to be returned back to us. No used and abused items will be accepted and please note that all items are inspected through our quality control team when they arrive in stock and are then further inspected prior to dispatch ensuring that they are 100% fault/damage free. You will be responsible to pay for all return costs which are non refundable. Once the items have been received and all conditions are satisfied then a refund will be provided. The original postage costs plus a 15% restocking charge will be applied and deducted.

d) Your refund will be paid within 7 days of us receiving the item(s) back subject to the above terms being fulfilled.

e) Once we authorise the refund, we are not responsible for any delays caused by any third parties involved in processing your returned money as this is beyond our control. However we will provide full support where necessary to help aid your refund process so that it is as sooth as possible.

3. Exchanges - all within 14 days
a) We will happily exchange the item(s) under the conditions:

* the original item is returned as per the above procedure;

* that the original item is returned via a secure method;

* you will be responsible for the returns costs (exception see point 3.g);

* we must receive the goods in the original condition (as outlined in 2.b) as we sent them;

* any promotional products that are sent for free must be returned if your item(s) are returned or part items from an offer are returned. The returning of an item or multiple items that have been purchased with a qualifying free gift make the original offer of the free product 'null & void'. The free item(s) must be returned as outlined in 2.b;

b) If you qualified for money off due to participation in an offer and then decide to have a refund/part refund (if multiple items were purchased and you decide to return some items) then the money that you received off must will be deducted from your refund as the original offer on return becomes 'null & void'.

c) The original postage & packaging costs will not be refunded.

d) If a free delivery option applied during the initial order, then the cost of the initial delivery will be deducted from your refund balance with a 15% restocking charge in order to cover our costs.

e) Once these conditions have been fulfilled you will be required to pay for any further postage & packaging costs if applicable (these are non refundable) for us to send out your replacement item(s).

f) Once payment for the cost of product replacement shipping has been received we will dispatch your exchanged items within 48 hours of cleared payment.

g) Please note that the original postage costs that you pay will not be refunded in any circumstances be it that you are returning or exchanging the goods unless exception we as a company are at fault (i.e incorrect item sent out, wrong size, mismatch etc).

Free/Promotional Items/Money Off/Cash back Offer
Free items or promotional items are available only subject to availability. We have a right to withdraw the offer without notice at any time. In the likelihood that the free/promotional offer is not available, then we do not have to honour this as it is only available 'subject to availability'. Money Off/Cash Back offers may be removed/withdrawn without notice. Only one free gift is permitted per order, per person, per household, per address. We cannot guarantee that your requested color is sent, in the likelihood event that your specified color is not available, then a color that we have in stock will be sent. For minimum spend that has been specified for offer, this does not include the cost of delivery. The full amount must consist of product costs exclusive of delivery (or other) charges.

Use of Products
Advice must be sought from a professional before using the item and you must ensure that the item its being used in a manner that is suitable for the item. Havoc Fight Gear is not responsible for any injury or loss (physical or financial) caused due to the incorrect use of equipment.

Bladed/Edged Articles/Training Replica Tools
You must be 18 years of age or over in order for us to accept and process your order. Due to the type of items we sell within this category, full proof of age will be required. We will only accept a copy of a valid UK passport or Valid UK drivers license which can be sent via email to or post to our registered office address as specified on our 'contact us' page of our website. Once you send us your proof of age, we will keep this on your customer account file to save you from resending any further ID for any future purchases.
The minimum age restriction of 18 years for ownership/purchase of edged tools, is clearly defined in the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 (as follows);

  • any knife, knife blade or razor blade,
  • any axe,
  • any other article which has a blade or which is sharply pointed and which is made or adapted for use for causing injury to the person.

Payments/Card Payments/CHAPS/BACS/Cheques & Postal Order
You may pay for items by cheque or postal order. You must write clearly on the back of the cheque your order details, including any order ref numbers, customer a/c numbers, the name of the person ordering the goods (if the cheque is in a name other than the ordering person). The cheque must be made payable to 'Havoc Fight Gear' and sent to the address:

Please note that in the unlikely event that your cheque bounces (return inwards - i.e cheques paid into our account presented by you that are returned unpaid by your banking service provider) due to what ever reason this maybe, then a failed cheque charge of £10 per failed cheque will be added to your balance. Please note that this is the standard charge that we get charged by our banking provider and would need to recover this amount from you.

For payments made via CHAPS (Same Day Value Payments) and/or BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing Service) then there is a charge of £20 per payment that would be added onto your balance. Please note that this is the standard charge that we get charged by our banking service provider and would need to recover this amount from you.

Delivery & Insurance
Your items will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed/paid for (Monday - Friday - excluding bank holidays). Most of our items are sent via a secure trackable delivery service for your own peace of mind. You will be notified when the item has been dispatched and it is your responsibility to make sure you sign for the goods or you appoint an authorised person to sign for them. You have a duty to ensure that your full address, including postal code is correct on our account system that you will specify during the account registration / order process and Paypal system, as we are not responsible for the goods being sent to an incorrect address. We will not take responsibility for goods being signed by someone who has communal access to the building of delivery (flats/student houses/student halls of residence etc.) and such matters must be treated as theft of goods and reported to the Police. Our postage fee does not include any insurance as we do not offer this. If you require goods to be insured then you must make arrangements through us and the relative charge for this service (which depends on the order value) will be applied. Havoc Fight Gear is not responsible for the damage or loss of goods caused during delivery via Royal Mail or any other courier/delivery agent. However we will support you to investigate any matters that may arise. If a free delivery option is offered by us then this is for orders that are placed and delivered within the UK mainland only - which is throughout England, Wales, Southern and Central Scotland. We are further not responsible for faulty/damaged items that were damaged during transit through the delivery service provider which you failed to check upon signing for the item. We take responsibility in checking your goods prior to dispatch through our 'quality & control' pre dispatch examination and package items in the most suitable manner. You must take responsibility to open, check and examine that items are free from defects, damage prior to signing for the goods. Should items appear damaged, defected or tarnished then you must sign for the delivery as 'damaged'. Failure to inspect your items upon delivery will result in you experiencing difficulty in proving your claim against the postal service provider which will be your responsibility.
